5. Virtual Consultation / Clear Skin in 14 Days Program Terms

The Clear Skin in 14 Days Program includes an online skincare consultation and guidance designed to help clients better understand their skin concerns, skincare routine, and appropriate next steps.

Before the consultation, the client must complete the required skin assessment form and provide any required photographs or information requested before the appointment.

The consultation cannot begin if the required assessment information has not been completed and submitted. This information is necessary to properly prepare for the consultation and provide the client with appropriate guidance.

Failure to complete the required assessment does not automatically qualify the client for a refund.

The consultation is provided by a Licensed Corrective Skincare Specialist / skincare professional and is not a medical consultation with a dermatologist or physician.

Cuncharo Cocoa Beauty & Aesthetics does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Where a concern appears to require medical evaluation or treatment, the client may be advised to consult an appropriate medical professional.

Late Arrival Policy: Clients are expected to be ready and available at their scheduled consultation time. If a client joins late, the consultation will still end at the originally scheduled time (e.g., if scheduled for 1 hour and you join 15 minutes late, it will continue for the remaining 45 minutes). The appointment will not automatically be extended.

6. Booking & Service Information

The service or program received will depend on the specific service or product purchased.

Customers should review the information provided on the relevant product or booking page to understand what is included before completing payment.
