Return & Refund Policy

At Cuncharo Cocoa, customer satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns and process refunds under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  1. Refund Process:

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  1. Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the item and order details.
